What is the cost?
-Cost is determined on square footage of the dwelling, age, if there is a crawl space to inspect, and the type of dwelling. (Condominiums are priced at a different scale.)  See Rates

How long will an inspection take?
-Advanced Home Inspection Service prides itself on being as flexible as possible to be available when it is most convenient for you.  An inspection can take as little as 2 hours and as long as 4 hours dependent on size, bathrooms, attics, crawlspaces that need to be inspected.
